Step 1, Open a image 400 x 400 Step 2. With the Path Drawing tool ,draw a ellipse for the head, 2D, color R-165 , G-114 , B- 103 ,or whatever color you want your bear to be. Step 3, Take the Path Edit tool and bring the bottom node up a bit to form a curve. Step 4, The head should look like this now. Step 5. Make a small circle for the ears. make an even smaller circle for the inside ear, color pink. Step 6. Merge as single object and duplicate. Step 7.The eyes. Make a shape, ellipse ,color black. Step 8. Make a smaller one, color white. Make another small circle, color black and put them all together. Duplicate and you now have the eyes. Step 9.Make an ellipse, 3D, color black for the nose and place it under the eyes. Step 10. Take the paint brush, size 3 ,color black, and use" paint as object mode" Make a curved line for the mouth ,right click and duplicate and put right under the bears nose. You should now have this. Step11. You can now use the burn tool and burn a bit around the edges of the head and ears. Select all and merge as single object. Step 12. Now to add a bit of hair to his head and ears. Take the paint tool ,color same as the head,and paint as object mode. Make some sprigs of hair on the top of his head. Exit paint as object mode and send the hair to the back of the head. Right click and merge as single object. Do the same thing for the tips of his ears. Your bear should now look like this.
