" Part 2 " For the body , make a large blue ellipse.Make two smaller ones for his legs and place them like this. 
Merge as single object.Paint on edges. You can add some decorations to the body now. Lightly burn around the edges with the burn tool, set on wide burn. To make the shoes, ,ellipse shape , color orange, draw a long up and down ellipse. With the paint tool, set on chalk, in the attribute bar set it to splatter.Color red.Add some textute to the shoe.With the paint tool ,color black, draw a line 3/4 of the way down the shoe, for the heal. Also burn around the side of the shoe with the burn tool , same settings. Your shoe should look like this. 
Make another ellipse for the other shoe. Path edit and move the bottom node up to make the bottom flat. Move the top node up a bit. It should look like this. 
Make a long rectangle for the bottom of the shoe. Paint on edges on both the bottom of the shoe and the shoe. Combine as single object. Use the paint tool again set on chalk and splatter and put some texture onto the shoe. With the spline tool, color same as you used for the ruffle of the hat , make a ruffle for the shoe.Paint on edges. 
For the arm , make an ellipse, color blue. You can add some decoration to it now. Paint on edges. Take the spline tool and use the color you've been using for the ruffles, make a ruffle at the end of the arm. Paint on edges.For the hand, take the spline tool, color white and draw a hand. When you are satisfied with your hand, paint on edges and click on the ruffle and the ellipse, merge as single object.. 
Make another hand and ruffle for the other side.Paint on edges, and combine as single object. Your clown should now look like this. 
The Fire Extingusher To make the fire extingusher, with your path drawing tool, round rectangle, color red, draw your shape. Go to path edit tool, and click on the delete button.( It the little minus sign.) Delete the two bottom nodes. Click on the path drawing tool again, and make a medium size grey circle. Make another smaller circle , color yellow. Put these two circles together, with the yellow on the top. Merge as single object. Make a small black rectangle to represent a hand like on a clock. It should look like this. 
This is a bit tricky, but do your best. Draw something sinilar to this for the top of the extingusher. 
Combine all the parts of the extingusher as single object. Burn the edges a bit with the burn tool, and with the paint tool, chalk, set on splatter,color dark grey. Put the extingusher in the clowns hands, bring the hands of the clown to the front.Select all ocjects and combine as single object. It should now look like this. 
We're almost finished:) Now the cake. Cake Plate: Path drawing tool, color, dark blue , ellipse , draw an ellipse shape. 
Make a small ellipse and place it under the the top one. Make a larger ellipse shape and with the transform tool set to "freely transform", slide the bottom up a bit to make it thinner. This is the bottom of your cake plate. It should look like this. 
The Cake Path drawing tool , rectangle, color peach draw your first cake layer. Paint on edges,. Take the spline tool and draw some frosting dripping down the cake. Paint on edges. Combine the cake and the frosting as single object. Right click and duplicate.With the transform tool , make it a bit smaller for the top layer. Place on top of the first layer. Your cake should look like this now. 
No birthday cake would be complete without candles. :) make a rectangle shape for the candle, any color. Paint on edges. Make as many of these as you want. Place on top of the cake. For the flame, go to Path drawing tool, custom shape. and choose raindrop, color yellow. make it small and place it on top of the candle. Thats it .Put it all together and you all finished. Enjoy.
