1.Open a new canvas.
Take the path drawing tool, ellipse shape. set to 3D color black, and make
an ellipse aprox.170 wide by 118 high.
In the path panel box, click on the little light at the lower left
corner, and adjust the light so it looks like this.
2. Take the pathdrawing tool again, 3D Pipe, color black, border 9
draw a ellipse 175 wide 74 high. This will be the rim of the pot. Adjust the light like you did
before until it looks like this.
3.To make the handle, make a round 3D circle and place it
just below the rim in the center of the pot. Add a metallic preset from the Easy Palette.
I used Copper 2. Make a smaller circle, 2D , color black, and put it in the center of the
of the first one. It should look like this.
4. With the outline tool, set on ellipse, draw an ellipse 104 wide, 42 high.
Use the same preset that you did for the button.
Place it on the pot like this.
Right click and convert from text/path to image.
With the eraser tool, erase the top part. You should have something like this now.
5.To make the legs, useing the pathdrawing tool, 3D , rectangle,
color black, make a tiny rectangle. Aprox.20 wide 40 high.
With the transform tool, perspective, make the bottom narrower then the top.Rotate 10 to the right.
Duplicate this for the other leg. Rotate this one 20 to the left.
Place behind the pot like this.
6.Ok, your pot is now finished, but we have to put some gold in it:)
Take the path drawing tool, 3D any color, and make a tine ellipse.
Use a nice gold from the Easy Palette. I used Gold 1.
Duplicate this and turn it with the transform tool. Make a whole bunch of
them, and turn them in different directions.
When you have enough to fill the pot, place them in your pot.
You can put a couple on the ground near the leg.
You should now have this. Merge all as single object.
7.To make the rainbow, I used the line and arrow tool, spline, width 9
color red. Make a curved line.Duplicate this line and change the color to yellow.
Duplicate it again and change the color to blue. Line them up like this.
Make all of your lines active and merge as single object.
Move it so that it is behind your pot. Right click and choose
properties, soft edge, 30.
You're all finished!!
