Description: Make a cute little witch hat . Easy as 123. | ||
1.. Open a standard size blank canvas. With the path drawing tool,
2 D , color black, draw an ellipse.
2. Go to custom shape and pick pie02. 
3. Now draw the top of the hat. With the tranform tool, rotate the top of your hat 83 degrees to the left. Place it in the center of your ellipse. 
Now if you want to make a tiny brim on the bottom , now is the time to do it. I just took the black ellipse, and duplicated it. I changed the color to orange, and made it a little bit larger. Place it behind the black ellipse. 
To make the hat band, go to your path drawing tool, and custum shape, Choose circular 3 
4. Draw your shape, and you can use the transform too to make it fit. Rotate it 32 degrees to the right. Place the bottom of the shape near the bottom of the top of the hat. (phew.. that was a mouthful:) 
Now with your shape selected, go to the eraser tool. Soft Edge 0 size 20. Erase the top of the shape . Also erase the ends that are sticking out past your hat. Try to make it look as if the band is going around your hat. Merge it all together and you have your witch hat. You can add anything to the band for decoration. I put a buckle on mine.
